Newbie problems

Any advice for newbie. Having tuff time finding a provider. The provider profiles ( pictures) I like or caught my interests so far aren't comfortable with newbies like me.

Scroll through the newbie friendly providers (the second thread in this forum). Surely someone there will catch your eye.
