Flash problem

hey all

anyone know how to fix flash?

I'm having a problem viewing any video from youtube or links to youtube vids.

if shown as a link in a post, it appears as a white space.

if viewed directly on youtube, it appears as static and tells you that there is a problem.

Scroll down to runtimes, click on both flash updates, one for ie an one for firefox, download installer and install the newest versions

fyi the flash version is current
