Rising Dallas Infections Lead

It's projected that there will be 7,000 new cases in the Dallas area by the year 2012.

While the infection rate of young gay men in the Dallas area is fast growing, Nobles says increased infection rates are touching almost every corner of the Dallas area population. "What we're seeing here is about a 15-percent increase in the number of newly infected individuals, of all races, over the age of 45." Nobles went on to say that, "Our Black female infection rate is growing faster than the Black female infection rate in Africa!"

I'm not understanding. So, who has the highest growth rate of infection ??? Is it gay men, black women, or everyone over 45 ?
