I have 2 referrals??

Looking at my own profile, I see it says that I have 2 referrals.

Can someone elaborate on what this is and what it means?

I assume it means a provider has given me a thumbs up but not sure. If so is there a way to know who?

That means one of two things sir. You've used the invite a friend feature and two of those people you invited joined using the link you sent. Or two new users entered your name in the referral box at signup.
