I include "PSE" in the same category as "GFE" and a few others: an undefined basically meaningless marketing/PR term. I read the reviews, or a lady's ads, or meet with her to find out what she does/doesn't do. I care about that, not about what she calls it.

Usually when they offer PSE differently I am expecting a up charge and not included in a regular GFE experiance. I have never experienced some of those.. so for me.. I cannot answer if I would expect it or not..
