After reading about Sosua, Puerta Playa, and Punta Cana; I really had not desire to go to those cities. Sounds like most of the working girls there are high volume and probably not as safe as they should be when it comes to STD's. Plus the local restaurants in the area near this place know the girls and know how much business they bring in, so a guy who is with these girls usually gets exceptional service.
