Well I was played like a rookie. She met me outside the motel, she had a sob story about being behind on her room and she had to pay the front desk before the key card would work again....(i know, i know) she hoped out of the truck and disappeared into the moonlight.

Damn! Thank you for the report. I'm sorry that happened to you. Had a similar experience in Springfield about a year ago. My feeling on it was that being robbed was better that being arrested, or even worse. For me, it was a good lesson learned.
