Gen Consensus on B&Bs, Northside vs Southside?

Hi Friends my new girl friend and I are trying out B&Bs. We arent sure whether the Northside or the Southside is best? Input is welcome...

You might take into consideration that many owners of B&Bs install discreet surveillance to assure that partiers don't tear their property up. Just sayin'

IMO, those are 2 drastically different demographics. Plus, parking on the southside can be challenging.

If you're looking to hang out with drunk college age-kids, stay on the southside. If you want less of a party atmosphere, stay on the northside.

You'll find decent Air B&Bs on the North Side and in Southside, Lawrenceville as well. Parking is a challenge in all of those areas. But some will have their own off street parking. There are some decent ones in outlying areas too. No matter where you decide to go, you should do fine.
