First Texas tour...Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland/Odessa

Hey everyone! I've decided to take a tour of Texas

I will be coming May11-16th and am getting hotels/travel accommodations finalized this week. I woul like to know if there is interest before I book and also which restaurants are nice. Any help from the ladies is wonderful too!
