Don’t understand why true violent crimes are not the focus of LE. What a waste of my taxpayer money.

This is why so many people want to defund the police. Bad practices and bad priorities. And lately, it has been federal authorities wasting the real high dollar resources on this stupid stuff. Technically, prostitution is a State matter. The feds don't have the constitutional authority to do this....nor do they when they shutdown the websites like Backpage and Craigslist.
The smart thing for her to do is head back to China and don't come back here for about 10 years.

I don't think this is why people talk about defunding police. These kinds of arrests aren't decided upon by police. They are predicated on the local governments.
People talk about defunding police because of the bad apples in the various police departments who enjoy hurting people and especially like to stop people for driving while black.
