How do I know if I'm approved to be a provider?

You sub heading will change to Verified Provider. Go to top of your cities threads you will see Question to the Staff. Post question there.

Thanks you for helping. I went to my city tried doing a message and it said I don't have permission. It says my age has been verified. Just says I'm awaiting VP status. Can you tell me what I need to do now?
