The U.S. has had a presence in Mexico and farther South into Latin America for years, although more often than not the presence is not "formal" U.S. military intervention....and is more often than not ... invited presence ... although not publicized.

As long as there are Obama and Clinton hold-overs in the White House and the State Department these leaks of partial conversations will continue. IMO .. that is the strategy of dragging out the nomination process to allow the holdovers to "spread the word" to the media.....and then forcing their firing so the incoming administration appears as though it is retaliating. Also, with only a partial cabinet it is more difficult to administer and things move slowly.

The Liberals are trying to destroy this administration in any way they can ... to make them appear incompetent.... I don't recall ever seeing or hearing this kind and kind of bullshit ... it is not good for this country.
