Had to have emergency surgery last week

Well I just first off want to say that I am sorry if I have been out of the loop with a few ladies and Fellas.
The past few months I have been sick for days at a time and unable to work. I honestly thought it was cause of drinking but this was not the case at all,
I went to the hospital last week and I will spare the details. After all the lab test and more tests. I found out I had to have my Gallbladder removed asap. To me this was really scary I have never had to have any surgery since I was a small child. I am fine now just taking the meds my Dr prescribed.

I just need to say after this experience, I do have a whole new outlook on life now. I am going to start taking better care of my health and join a gym. There is not one far from my place. As a personal choice I am going to quit drinking this was a big scare for me and it could of been worse. Now my Gallbladder was not taken out cause of alcohol just poor diet.So here in the next few months watch out for new pictures and far better service than before. I am going back to school to work on my medical stuff in the fall at CTC so big things and positive things lay ahead
xoxo

Happy to hear you are making positive changes to your life and giving up bad habits. I wish you luck on your journey.
Congrats on the new outlook. Don't let your momentum stall out or make up reasons why you can't eat better or go to the gym. I suggest getting in a group workout type class to help with accountability and also sharing specific goals with others. Also don't be too hard on yourself...hard work pays off in the long run but results are never instant. Life is much better when you are healthy and full of energy. I think some as they get older settle thinking "well this is my new reality" when it's not. You got this!
I know we have had our fall out or whatever. But I'm very glad that you are ok. I'll definitely keep you in my prayers for a quick recovery. Also it's great that you are going to make some positive changes in your life for the better. You can definitely do it! Getting healthy and well is key, the looks at each just a plus. I think you'll pull through from this though. Good luck to you Jenna.
