That 40% must be spread out in every district because the report I heard last night said that Trump beat Biden in every single county in West Virginia. The entire state was red. The majority of people trust Manchin no matter what letter is behind his name. One talking head made the point that right now in the Democrat party, Manchin is a power broker. If he switched to the Republican party, he would be one of 51.
