Here is question I know nobody will answer. But ladies do any of you have a partner/husband that knows what you do and is ok with it. and guys would you be ok having an escort as steady partner or wife.. would be some interesting conversations at the dinner table lol..

Yeah, pretty much every provider has some sort of steady partner. A lot of legitimate porn stars are married, etc. It's a job. They aren't going out and really romancing with their clients. They are acting. Providers are actors, with some being better than others. They don't want you, they make you think they want you.

Many of these dudes are drunks, criminals and losers

There is no single answer here obviously, but would mention couple or few things.Have known or know several who I know for a fact have lesbian SO, good for them, so potential jealousy issues presumably mitigated.
