Noooo! Comic Con its a huge nerd convention for people who love Anime....whatever your favorite TV shows....is Games....comics

AH well just think a bunch of ppl dressed up like their favorite fictional idol and a bunch of hot paid model dressed in tight and or revealing sexy outfits

it's not all dress up
about 1/3 of people dress up - me being one of them
there are panels for new games, shows, movies and books.
many famous actors will be there like people from walking dead, twilight, breaking bad, etc etc
also tons of comic related things like classic DC or Marvel
it's truly amazing and a people from all over the world come to this convention

Unfortunately in order to register for next year you must attend this year (and to attend this year you needed to pre register last year and etc for the year prior). Unless you have a hook up or are on a wait list for someone who returns their tickets (only about 1000 are returned usually) you aint getting in. The CON is an event that people from all over the world come to. The demand for entry is insane. I have been so fortunate through providing to have connected with the rite people and have access annually.
If you know someone who will be there you can borrow their pass. They claim to do ID checks but I have never seen it. If you're in a costume they don't' ask.
