Two University of Delaware students are suing the school for not allowing them to sell T-shirts with the words "U Can Suck Our D", a favorite chant at ballgames against the opposing team. The University claims it violates their trademark on UD.

well what the hell. "U can suck our D" is not the problem. University of Delaware is upset that some of there students would try some capitalism.
