I think the OP is just irritated at the marketing tactic some providers choose to utilize. I can see how saying one is retiring just to drive up business can make the client feels like his strings are being attempted to be pulled through deceptive advertising...Yeah, it does smack of dishonesty (when they return in a few months) and does remind me of a fire sale tatic.
