i need my general interest international welcome area deleted.
I know i am only allowed to have 1 but i put it in a strange area this morning i guess i didnt understand location or something.

You did nothing wrong. Other providers have posted introductory posts in the National Welcome New Members forum as well as their local Welcome forum. There is no need to remove it.
