Reporting dead links

Is there (or could there be) a prominent link in the front page to report dead links. I think it would help to keep the quality of the site high.

For instance, I was perusing the ad banners along the right side of the main page and 2 or 3 of them either can't find the page or link to an inactive P411 page.

Just another idea to add to your stack.
