Oh, my young friend, they have been around longer than a couple of years. L1 has always been the limit, just like Pensacola. Not sure what the difference is between FWB and other parts of the Panhandle; it's almost like the ladies do their time in FWB getting the cooch beat up and then go to other areas to rest everything but their hands.
