Plastic surgery?

I hope this is an ok thing to post here.. I really wanted to get thermage' done on my face and neck. Anyony know of a good plastic surgeon in the area? I'm a provider in KC, but I could possibly travel.. hopefully there is someone close!
This place looks nice and professional. You could probably check the doc out with the medical board for any complaints or ask them if you could speak to some of their patients to get testimonials...

Good morning,

I recently had a boob job done and the Doctor that I went to was excellent. Many people find it hard to believe that my breast are enhanced which is what I was hoping for. He offers a wide variety of services including thermage. His name is Dr. Barnthouse and his site is http://www.jbarnthousemd.com if you have any question about him feel free to PM me.
Thank you, June! It does look like a great place, I think I may schedule a consultation after I do a bit of research.
Miss Mya, I appreciate your help also! I am checking your Doc out now. Both of these look good so far!

The Missouri Board of Professional Licenses has searchable databases for all physicians, osteopaths, dentists, and nurses. You can search for any disciplinary action taken against them. https://renew.pr.mo.gov/licensee-search.asp

However, be warned that the Board does not often take action and many cases of malpractice go unreported or are settled confidentially. You can search Casenet for any lawsuits filed against the doctor but Casenet only covers Missouri, not Kansas.

Another place to check.
Thanks guys! I will get on that. That helps a lot..

You can also got to jococourts.com to check for cases against practitioners in JOCO, KS. You can search criminal, civil, probate, and marriage by case number, name, partial name or business. It is just a database that is web accessible instead of having to check with the clerk.
Hey June.. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Quinn. Turns out I know the girl who will be doing it.. ALSO, she is an Esthetician, Dr. Quinn won't even be doing it himself. Should I trust an Esthetician with my face? or keep looking? I'm thinking keep looking..

If you're looking at Thermage, I would consider Fraxel as an option. Its about 5 sessions and you get the benefit of tightening AND sunspots, etc. You do have to be careful of sun, but its SO worth it...
