Google will help but if you want to go old school; get a bottle, create a vacuum and seal it with you lip (upper or lower). Wait 10-15 minutes then remove. Report back if your lip after swelling subsides is less than when you began.

I used one all the time! It does make it thicker and a little longer but it will only last for that night but yes leave it pump for 15min and you will see a difference but only for the day I like it!
