I know providers can give hobbyists "okays" on P411. But I've seen a few references to Hobbyist giving Providers oks on P411. How do you do that? Thanks

I don't think there is a procedure to give a Provider an Okay on P411.
Perhaps you are confusing referring a new Provider to P411? There is also a gift points system on P411 in which gents can give a Provider points to use for banners and feature ads and such.
