weeding out fakes/spam on CL?

ever since BP stopped the escort section it seems like its just always the same girls so I check Cl from time to time but their are never phone numbers so in order to find whats real or not do I really have to email all of them and see what i get back?

- Ads that have an email address in them.

- Ads that read like they were written by Google Translator

- Ads that have the phone 71 number 65 displayed 55 in two 12 digit 12 sequences
