New Here how to give review

I just signed upon the suggestion of a few the ladies I see. I would like to be able to give them a review, but not to sure on how to go about doing that.

Easy my friend, simply go to the designated review section (independent, agency, strip club, etc) and click on the new review tab located near the center left of the page. Once you click that it'll give you a template to fill out, please sure to complete it in it's entirety.
