In Dallas for a couple days, any good places to entertain my gf?

She’s 24, hates country music. I moved out of Dallas a long time ago. Could use some good ideas. This kinda got sprung on me lol

Deep Ellum is pretty hopping now; good food places and a few options for drinks. All within walking distance of each other. I'd recommend Angry Dog. The Perot Museum is cool too.
