Where Are All the Ladies????

There was a thread not too long ago about how to improve this board. I think one thing that might really help is more participation in discussions from the ladies. I think that the client to provider post ratio on this board must be like 20 to 1 if you take out the ads. Does anyone else agree with this? I know you ladies are out there because I can see you logged in from time to time. I encourage all of you to weigh in frequently as we all love to hear from you. Please post

I agree completely. Having more ladies post here would not only add to the discussions, but would ensure that more hobbyists would participate as well.

You guys are absolutely right! We constantly try to encourage more participation from the ladies in the discussion forums.
Any thoughts on how to improve are welcome,and please tell the ladies you visit to not only join us but get involved in the discussions here.

A couple of things comes to mind and with that I make no comparisons but rather observations.

On the other site, many members became frustrated with the "drama queens" and as a result those providers became easy targets for many possibly creating (actually it already exists) a feeling by other providers it is best to simply be quiet sometimes. Another possibility is that with the recent "foot in mouth" disease experienced by Victoria Westin and many could be silent for fear of the same outcome for themselves. Some providers jumped on the WRONG band wagon on that discussion and costs themselves reputation and business.

I have always welcomed good, productive, adult discussions with providers, but unfortunately some providers make it bad on the others with their childish behavior. The male members then trash them, swear to NEVER see them, and honestly (IMHO) scare the other providers from being too visible.

Fortunately there are some "adult" providers that exist here (Fawn, Kelly TNT, and Becky come to mind) and it has proven to improve this site to some extent and more of that type behavior would be welcome by me. However if the drama queens show up I will be on the attack as THAT is a big negative.

This site is invitation only right? So that should not happen.

OFF, I may have to cut off my beard if you show that again. Could you at least blur my face?

well introuble, unfortunately this is an open board, we did invite people to join but it is open to everyone....
we definitely will not put up with a lot of junk on this site....everyone here gets a fair shake until they screw
up and then they are gone.....we would like a good group of GROWN FOLK to stay here and make this board grow
