As you look at a review page and see the multiple reviews, they are organized in columns under these headings:

I'd recommend defining "Views" such that the View count is only incremented when an additional user looks at the review.
Example A: Let's say three other people read a review I wrote but I love the damn thing so much I go look at it 100 times. The View count may read 103 in this scenario.
Example B: Let's say three other people read a review I wrote but I love the damn thing so much I go look at it 100 times while one of the other guy looks at it 10 times. The View count SHOULD read 4 in this scenario and NOT 112.
I'm recommending example B. The rationale is that this would give a passerby an authentic sense of how many different people have read the review and therefore give the view count value.
