Trouble accessing with new phone?

I was just wondering if anyone else had problems accessing their account with a new phone. I didn’t remember the password set up years ago and was unable to retrieve it or set up a new one. So I had to delete the account and start a new one. So jimmyjazz is now jimmyjazz2, not a newbie but a virgin account.
