newsome may well be caught with is fingers in teh cookie jar - looks like it.
Still - the kalifornia AG would never prosecute him - not even if he shot someone dead at noon on haight Ashbury in SF.
BTW - his home has electronic gates and barriers/walls - so Newsome believes in walls and barriers for his home - but not for the state of kalifornia.
