Would love to have the ability to put a provider in my contact list from her public profile. I can do it it from a post she makes but don’t know how from the profile

I think you can do it under the User Lists drop down

#2: scroll down to "add a member to your list"
#3: Click "add contact".
Just remember, some providers and other users have their profiles on "invisible" so they will never pop up as online on your contact list.
