Honestly, mines was exactly the same until recently. But to pay or "trade" for pics, editing, etc., takes a lot.... especially if you're a newbie into the hobby world. Cell pics are passable only if the phone itself is of a high quality. Someone my age is so used to a mobile phone doing it all that the thought of buying a dedicated camera seems like a waste.
