Cedar Creek Lake providers?

I live in Dallas and see providers here but I also have a lakehouse on Cedar Creek. I do all the searches when I head out to the lake - provider ads, coed discussions, ISO's and even browse reviews but I have yet to find one who lives near the lake. Anyone have any ideas so I can avoid driving to Tyler or Longview?? The simple answer is there just not be any there!! Feel free to PM me. Thanks
