entertainment district

I'm not sure if I have horrible luck or it really is this way, but the entertainment district seems a bit uninhabited as of recent.

Did Uncle Leo really chase everyone off?

PS - used to lurk ASPD for the great stories from Logan. If that hack Tucker Max can get a book and movie deal, Logan should be an easy sell.
