I'm about to pull my hair out, since when has a 2 hour+ hold time been included in our taxpayer duties? Apparently they think I'm stealing my own identity, which is humorous in itself but today and yesterday I have been trying to get through to the tax payer protection hotline(lol more like the taxpayer frustration hotline)..... I've been on several times once for 2 hours before my cell lost reception, once again for an hour before I had something to take care of, and I'm currently being lulled to sleep by elevator music once again! They are cruel, everytime the music changes tempo or restarts I get a false sense of hope when it gets quite as if someone was actually going to pick up, then my brief happiness turns to frustration as the music comes back on and I feel like throwing my phone at the nearest bureaucrat.....
Anyone else had to deal with this identity bs this year?
