Pictures Not Uploading To Ad

Hope all is well. I am having problems uploading pictures to my weekly ad. When building ad and up loading pictures, when I preview ad all is well and pictures show. But once submitted and posted pictures are not attached or visible on ad. I am wondering if this is a glitch, can something be done etc. Thank you
