Circumcision regardless of the reasons, religious or otherwise is not a form of genital mutilation. The trend for many years now is to stop circumcision in new born males. Like anything else there's pros and cons. One con to uncircumcised males is there maybe a significant risk of cervical cancer in their female partner.
