Getting full access?

Hi. I'm still new here and trying to figure out how everything works. I did my first review a couple of days ago. It was supposedly pending, but it seems to be posted, but I still don't have full access.... What am I not doing that I need to do?

Patience, MODs have to go through several "manual" steps...
and I think they are a few days behind at that time...
Give it another day or two and then politely ask one of the MODs ....
