Sounds like this is an amp or a sub amp, and should be in a different forum.
That doesn’t take away from the fact that you TOFTT. It’s one of the many pitfalls of hobbying. Sounds awful.
Believe it or not, I’ve had worse. I once had a 70 year old Chinese lady squirt hand lotion on my stomach and she said “you do” and walk out of the room. I was so pissed I got my clothes on and when I tried to go out the door she was blocking it with her friend and forced me to tip her before they would let me out.
That was at Swan in Addison about 20 years ago. It’s burned into my psyche.
It happens. And it sucks.

Maybe you could contact some hollywood types and consider this as a season on American Horror Stories. I think they have one season called Horror House.
