Tuesday drinks?

Looking to have some drinks on my day off. Anyone know of any good places in the plano/frisco or addison area? Would love some company if anyone's interested!!!

sorry i missed this, but would like to know of good bars. I should say, good bartender (mixologist I guess is the current erm). Classic cocktails, not a lot of useless additional ingredients. Quiet enough to talk, but a bartender good enough to chat with if you're alone having drink at the bar.

Sounds good but bars that are open are hard to find. BTW, welcome to ECCIE, Dawn.
