Adult Friend Finder: Friend or Foe?

I have been on and off of the Adult Friend Finder site for a few years now. I have had some hook ups through the site by chatting with some
women and even couples.

A person might think that it certainly would be great to have some sexual encounters with willing adults being preferable to anything else.
But that has not always been my experience.

After chatting and then agreeing to meet and go from there, well, it seems that many people are on that site for many varied reasons; fun and frolic just being part of it.
I'll be clear: I've only been on that site to have some fun, nothing serious, nothing accountable, nothing with strings attached!
But time and again it seems to have happened that people you meet on there might be looking for a bit more attention, and not quite necessarily any type of relationship, but attention, either online or offline.

Who has time for that???

I think that is why I enjoy this fantasy hobby we all talk about on here.
It's worth paying for someone's time and conversation if you're going to get just what you want and not have to worry beyond that.

Okay, anyone else have any similar experiences there or any other 'meeting' sites online?

I agree I was on aff for a while and it really is not my thing,did meet a couple that I am still friends with but otherwise a waste of time,

A site like AFF has very few adults that know the true meaning of "hooking up just to play." No matter what that person tells you, it usually ends up bad.

I explain to people in real life that I understand why some guys pay for play, it keeps emotions out of it. No one knows anything about each others lives, and once the time is up, its up.

Now, in some cases there are a few guys and gals who get too involved. But, it usually doesn't have the same type of ending that an affair could have.

Hopefully what I said makes sense. My mind is a bit foggy today.

My guess is, and I'm not experienced in this, Sugarbabies or some such would be more apt to get you laid w/o a lot of romancing. I do have a friend who trolls Sugarbabies and such but he is so cheap that it almost goes w/o saying that he doesn't do very well.
AFF just seems like something put together to get money from suckers.

I was a member of AFF couple years ago, nothing came of it, waste of time.
Was a member of another site, can't remember the name. Got to be a game for me on that site. Would get replies from emails and wanting to meet, then no more communication. I soon figured out the replies I was getting, in my option, were people paid by the site to keep the communication going to keep membership payments.
I am in agreement with Mutual, that's why I enjoy this Hobby and meeting the fine Ladies that give their talent to us Men.
