Where Are The Reply Boxes? And Staff For That Matter?

I asked this question in questions to staff only to be ignored.
Where are the reply boxes, and why are some of us unable to post in Welcome New Members?
We get a message saying we don’t have permission if we click on the blue reply tab.
This is occurring in several cities.

Seems staff is too busy on nice patrol, but some of the membership would like the answer.

I see this section is staff free as well!

DJ as you know this subject has been brought up in a few states. I have messaged you, Gmann44 and emailed web support. Nothing has been fixed.

Yeah....I don't have reply boxes either in the Welcome Wagon, at least for Dallas. I was wondering if it was changed so that only guys could see it??

Clear out the cookies and empty the cache on your devices to see if that helps solve the issue.
