Are there any ATMs that give out $100 bills?

I have only ever seen that in casinos. Generally the banks limit transactions from ATMs to $500 a day. Also, most transations average out to about $50 bucks providing a disincentive to having $100's in the machine.

the chase ATMs inside the branch usually let you choose the bills ranging from $5 to $100 bills with a limit well above $500.

My bank has an ATM run by a video teller and she'll give any denomination you request open 7-7, 7 days a week

New limit at least with chase is $1000 per day.
I've gotten $100s at many different Bank of America drive up ATMs.
Bank of America Atms will let you choose if you want big bills

You need to have one to access the indoor ATM after hours, if the branch has it. My local branch has it to where you can put your debit card in the door and it unlocks after hours.
