Re-order Left Column

Could we have the option of re-ordering the left side column? Currently the Buddy List is almost at the bottom. I'd love to have it near the top. That is something I'm more interested in that all of the folks who have registered today (glad to see the rapid growth but still want to see if my friends are online more.)
