We've all seen threads regarding what happens BCD as to what music you like, tv on/off, candles, yada, yada, yada. This thread is for what do you do prior to the session, or do you have some type of routine to get you going?
On my way, I listen to Fat of the Land CD by The Prodigy before every session. It gets me pumped up and raring to go! What is your pre=game routine???
