A Quick Question For Clients

I didn't come back just to fuck with Kaylee. I have an important question for all of the real clients that actually see providers.

How would you guys feel about prepaying for sessions?

This is assuming you are dealing with a reliable agency and the girl you are making appointment with has reviews and you feel confident you will have a good experience.

Prepaying via PayPal or a secured website payment would eliminate many of the legal problems that might arise. If no money exchanges hands, you are two consenting adults doing what adults do. For an agency, it makes it easier to keep track of income, and payments received are for companionship/escort services ONLY.

Of course, refunds would always be possible if something were to happen.

In general, most guys are going to say no way. Nothing good usually comes from a prepay. As far as the legal aspects of it, I don't think that it will insulate a party from being charged with a crime. Rather, you now have setup a paper trail, probably interstate commerce, that gives LE a whole new set of crimes to charge you with and a whole new way to track things. Instead of a local exchange of funds between to willing participants, we now have a major nationwide network that the FBI, Homeland Security, and others can find interesting, and that local LE can ask these more resource laden entities to help them stem the tide of illegal trafficking of woman for sex.

LE rarely goes after a gal and a guy who are not causing a lot of ruckus, but the big operations with gals who brag about their exploits and the $$$$$$$$ they are moving, now that looks like fun for LE.

In any case, before the masses will embrace your marketing idea, you are going to have to establish a much higher level of credibility than I think you have achieved. And making snide remarks about a provider does not enhance your credibility within the ECCIE community.

To many horror stories about pre-pay. If the hobby was legal that may be a different matter, but it isn't and that doesn't appear to be changing any time soon.

+1 to tigercat. Too many downsides and little to no upside with this prepay. The electronic trail alone is a show stopper.

I don't see any benefit for a guy to prepay, but see lots of downsides. It's hard enough as it is to get a gal to show for cash; imaginie how much more likely she is to flake if it doesn't cost her any money. I also completely agree with tigercat about the legalities and that prepay is much riskier from a legal standpoint in that you're creating evidence and dealing with a much higher profile target. The only way I could possibly be induced to prepay is if I'm offered a steep discount and even then I'd probably pass.

Correct me if I'm wrong, if a provider gets arrested, it is a class c misdemeanor but if someone get arrested for running a agency, it turns into a felony in the state of Texas?

Also, OP having guys pre pay through paypal is risky for you because paypal is KNOWN to cease and KEEP any money paid for a sex based business.

Lets not even get into how scary leaving any sort of paper trail can be....
