I'm not an Attorney at Law or any kind of legal scholar but if you are sent a Subpoena by a Branch of the Federal Gov't, and the US Marshal Service has to dispatch Agents to find your ass and serve papers ,don't you face additional Federal charges for failure to appear ??

I would think at some point , if it hasn't already happened, Mr. Wade will be regretting taking those Caribbean cruises so he can tap Fanni's big ass .
