WHAT HAPPENED TO HER ??????

This is not a question for the staff...moving to the sandbox where I'm sure this thought provoking question will find some help.

There was a lot of drama created between 2 different posts: one attacking her and her subsequent rebuttal - with a lot of private information brought up which shouldn't have been - IMHO. She has been a bit UTR with 3 reviews since, 2 great, 1 bad. The bad one is the ONLY one she's ever had and it reads like no other she has had and certainly the personality presented is nothing like the bubbly young lady I've exchanged emails with from time to time.
