Where have the agencies gone?

One exception would be STF, who I know was by personal reasons!

I would seem that in order for you to have a conversation with anyone on this board you now have to ask a question, and answer it yourself.
I think that you're trying to make sure that everyone gives you credit for the agencies going away so that you can get some attention.
